What We Offer

Perpetuity Security Consulting Inc. is able to offer, as an outsource service, the benefits of a full time Board Certified Security Professional.

For small to mid-sized companies, security is important, but the business does not require a full-time security manager/director or there is often no room in the budget to justify a full-time security manager/director. We help organizations by offering part-time or an as-needed service. Businesses or organizations only pay a portion of the cost, but still get the security services they need from capable and qualified professionals.  The payroll burden is thus reduced.

Both up-front and yearly recurring costs have to be assessed for managing security functions, equipment, and staff needed. Many businesses looking to restructure by reducing the workforce in an effort to save money consider outsourcing to be a lower-cost labor pool.

How does it work?

Our contracts are tailored to meet the needs and budget of each individual company. We start with an evaluation of a company’s security needs by conducting an initial security assessment and review.  In collaboration with the company, we decide on the number of hours required to fulfill their security needs. Our services may include:

  • Assessments
  • Assessment Related Investigations
  • Developing policies/procedures
  • Security Operation Control Centre Reviews and Organization
  • Security Technology Analysis
  • Training

Why this is your best solution

Although there are other potential security solutions for small to mid-sized companies, they each have considerable drawbacks.  Many companies merely designate security tasks to employees in hopes that untrained professionals will be sufficient. But naturally, inexperienced security managers/directors lack the skills to design effective security programs or identify security vulnerabilities, threats or risks.  Even if they have a security background and some experience, it is restricted by the experience and areas of expertise.

Other companies hire part-time security managers.  These individuals are hard to come across but may be a viable solution. However, they may lack the administrative support and diverse skill sets required — this is something large companies with full-time security managers rarely have.
